Created to bring the grounding ritual of ceremonial cacao into modern everyday life through slower moments of presence, connection and intention. After leaving her corporate career, Gizelle began holding regular classes and gatherings in London centred around the four pillars of sound, reiki, yoga and cacao ceremonies. Within these spaces, sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao quickly became a grounding ritual, a way for people to slow down, soften and reconnect both with themselves and with each other. What began within these gatherings naturally evolved into something she wanted to bring into everyday life. Not as an occasional ceremony, but as a daily ritual.
