The Golden Grass Company is a small family business dedicated to creating unique jewelry, home accessories, and bags from a remarkable plant known as 'Capim Dourado' (Syngonanthus nitens), or Golden Grass. This light and durable material naturally exhibits a striking golden color, requiring no sprays, polishing, or additional treatments.

Grown without pesticides, this renewable plant is eco-friendly and complies with local harvesting regulations. It can only be found in Jalapão, Brazil—my homeland—where I collaborate with local artisans who hold the necessary harvesting licenses.

The Golden Grass plant can only be harvested once a year after September 20th, making it exceptionally unique. State laws prohibit the sale of the grass itself; it can only be marketed once transformed into crafted products. This regulation safeguards artisanal work and supports the livelihoods of local artisans.

In my designs, I blend their traditional tribal patterns with my unique creations, resulting in stunning pieces. I also actively participate in the assemblage process, which includes preparing specific elements of the jewelry—attaching stones, hoops, and special clasps—while ensuring quality control and proper sizing.
