Introducing our brand-new chef, Kate Austen. In her career she was the youngest female Head Chef of a two starred restaurant in the world, is now a Great British Menu finalist, and the first woman to win the main course on the show, so you'll want to make sure you get a seat at her table!

Kate will be cooking up a very British storm in the Spirit Restaurant this year, from light lunches to bold, flavour-packed British classics. Reservations open this August, so keep an eye on your inbox to make sure you and your girlfriends secure your spot.

In 2024, we entered the world of Spanish Tapas, guided by the one and only José Pizarro. José's menu included a sumptuous selection of small plates and was served all day. 

This year, we will be going with a new restaurant partner so stat tuned for who the announcement. Restaurant bookings will be available in August, and will be able to be added on to existing bookings.
