In her career, she has been the youngest female Head Chef of a two-starred restaurant in the world, is now a Great British Menu finalist, and the first woman to win the main course on the show, so you'll want to make sure you get a seat at her table!
Kate cooked up a very British storm in the Spirit Restaurant last year, from light lunches to bold, flavour-packed British classics.

For many years, the Winter Restaurant was run by Mosimann's.
