Frequently Asked Questions

It is with great sadness the Spirit of Christmas Fair due to take place from 2-8 November will not happen in 2020.  This difficult decision has been made in light of the ongoing COVID-19  pandemic.
Having been given the greenlight by the government for organised events to resume from 1 October, we were so delighted at the prospect of celebrating our 20th Anniversary together, and had worked tirelessly to ensure COVID-secure measures would be in place to create a safe and controlled environment for all.
However, in response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the latest government directives and announcements, it is in the best interest of our loyal exhibitor and visitor base to make the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Fair.

All ticket bookers will receive an email from SEE Tickets detailing the ticket transfer and refund process.  If you have any other queries please email
