Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A:
A limited number of tickets will be available on the door, however visitor admissions are staggered this year to comply with social distancing measures. Advance purchase is recommended to ensure you enter at your preferred time, to limit queuing time and you can save money buying your ticket in advance. Further details can be found on the Ticket Information page.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A:
Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own to the extent where help is needed, then a carer is admitted. Full details on arranging their ticket can be found on the Ticket Information page.

Q: I have a Print-at-Home ticket, can I just show my ticket on my phone?
A: You can print your ticket off, or present the ticket on your phone and scan directly on the door. Once scanned your ticket will become void.

Q: As you are selling tickets by time slot, does that mean I am limited to a certain amount of time at the Fair?
A:
When buying your ticket/s you will need to select your entrance time slot. This half hour window is the time you need to present yourself at the selected entrance outlined on your ticket. You are welcome to stay for the remainder of the day at the Fair.

Q: Does the entrance I choose limit access to all areas of the Fair?
A:
The time and entrance printed on your ticket is there to define when and where you enter the Fair in order to organise the flow of visitors and get everyone into Olympia in a managed way. Once you are in the Fair you are free to navigate the entire venue, following the route/s indicated on each aisle.
