Q: When is the Fair?
A: The 2022 event runs for seven days from Monday 31st October to Sunday 6th November 2021.

Q: What are the Fair opening times?

A: Monday - Saturday:  10am - 6pm
    Thursday:  10am - 9pm **LATE NIGHT**
    Sunday:  10am - 5pm

Q: Can children come to the Fair? 
A: Yes. Children under 12 can enter the Fair for free. A ticket must be purchased for children 12 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Olympia with the exception of police and assistance dogs.


Q: How much are tickets?
A: We will release more information regarding ticket options closer to the event date.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased on the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices. 

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and a same day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer is admitted free of charge. Full details on arranging their ticket can be found on the Ticket page.

Q: I am a House & Garden Subscriber, how do I redeem my ticket?
A: Simply follow the steps below:

1) Select the day you wish to attend (please note the complimentary code will only work on standard entry tickets with a booking fee of £2.50, upgrades are available)
2) Enter the booking code supplied by House & Garden (if you have misplace this simply use code HGSUB)
3) You will then be prompted for another code which is your subscriber number (this will start with 0), enter and select go (Forgotten your subscriber number?
4) Then follow the steps with entering your details and complete the booking process.

There will be a transaction fee of £2.50.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Q: Can I book a wheelchair for the Fair?
A: Yes, wheelchairs can be booked via the Olympia London control room 0207 598 2411 – you will be asked to call on your arrival at the Fair and we will arrange for a wheelchair to be delivered to a foyer.

Q: Where are the wheelchair accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q: How can I get assistance during by visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.

Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Book through Olympia here.

Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the Fair?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A: There are several options available to get to Olympia. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking at the venue is operated and managed by Olympia (not the Fair). Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance.

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: cloakroom facility will be available There is a small charge for this service. Please note that in light of COVID safety measures this service may be reduced or restricted at the Fair this year. We will update this when we have further information.

Q: Where can I eat?
A: There are food outlets all around the halls, offering everything from sandwiches to full 3-course meals. Further details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: Are there hotels near Olympia?
A: Yes. There are a selection of hotels around the venue and many more across West London. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.


Q: What measures are being put in place to run the Fair in line with government guidelines against COVID?
A: Safety remains paramount to all our visitors, staff and exhibitors. Find out more about our safety measures here.

Q: Is proof of COVID status required to gain entry?

For the health and safety of all entrants, Proof of COVID status is required to gain access to Spirit of Christmas Fair. This can be one of the below:

  • Two vaccines (first and second dose), with the second dose at least 14 days prior to the Fair - this can be shown on your NHS app with your Covid Pass, or your vaccination card or by a letter from your doctor
  • Negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours prior to attending the event - this can be displayed via NHS App, SMS text, or email
  • Proof of antibodies - this can be shown by producing confirmation of a positive PCR from the last 180 days
