Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased on the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices.
Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.
This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and a same day response if the event is in 3 days or less.
Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer is admitted free of charge. Full details on arranging their ticket can be found on the Ticket page.
Q: I am a House & Garden Subscriber, how do I redeem my ticket?
A: Simply follow the steps below:
1) Select the House & Garden Subscriber option
2) Enter the day you wish to attend
3) You will then be prompted for your subscriber number (this will start with 0), all 12 digits must be entered, then select go (Forgotten your subscriber number? https://www.houseandgarden.co.uk/article/contact-us)
4) Then follow the steps to enter your details and complete the booking process
Please note there is a booking fee of £3.50 for standard weekday tickets, other ticket options are available.
