GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: When is the Christmas Fair?
A: The 2024 event runs for seven days from Monday 4 November to Sunday 10 November.

Q: Is Spirit of Summer Fair happening in 2024? 
A: No, there will not be an event in June 2024. The next event is Spirit of Christmas Fair, running from 4 - 10 November 2024. 

Q: What are the Fair opening times?
A
: Monday - Saturday:  10am - 6pm
    Thursday:  10am - 9pm **LATE NIGHT**
    Sunday:  10am - 5pm

Q: Can children come to the Fair? 
A: Yes. Children under 12 can enter the Fair for free. A ticket must be purchased for children 12 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Olympia with the exception of police and assistance dogs.

TICKETS & BOOKING QUERIES

Q: When will Spirit of Christmas Fair tickets go on sale?
A: The Box Office will be live end of June 2024. Sign up to our newsletter to be first to hear about the August Early Bird.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: It depends on which ticket type you wish to purchase. Standard single-entry, day tickets will start from £23 when purchased in advance. Details of all ticket types and prices will be available on the website from August.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased on the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better value. You can purchase tickets online once the Fair has opened, however, these will be charged at the on-the-door price starting at £27.

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterward, please contact SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and a same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent that a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge. Please purchase one standard adult ticket to accompany the carer ticket. You will be required to upload proof of this requirement to validate the purchase. Any questions on this please get in touch with us on Marketing@Spiritfairs.com

Q: I am a House & Garden Subscriber, how do I redeem my ticket?
A: Once the Box Office is open, simply follow the steps below:

1) Select the day you wish to attend 
2) You will then be prompted for your House & Garden subscriber number (this will start with 0), all 12 digits must be entered, then select 'Use code'. (Forgotten your subscriber number? Click here for more information)
3) Then follow the steps to enter your details and complete the booking process
Please note that a Booking fee is applicable.

If you are having trouble with your tickets, you can use the See Tickets Customer Service Portal with any ticket queries.

ACCESSIBILITY

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent that a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge. Please purchase one standard adult ticket to accompany the carer ticket. Q: Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q: How can I get assistance during my visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.

Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis, however, it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Book through Olympia London here.

Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the Fair?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire, through Olympia London on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by filling in this form. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

TRAVEL & THE VENUE

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A: There are several options available to get to Olympia London. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking at the venue is operated and managed by Olympia London (not the Fair organisers). Visit the Olympia London website for more information and to pre-book your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance.

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: A cloakroom facility will be available There is a small charge for this service. Please also be aware that the Fair Charity Partner, Suicide & Co will run the Shop & Drop area who will happily look after your coats and shopping for the day in return for a small donation.

Q: Where can I eat?
A: There are food outlets all around the halls, offering everything from sandwiches and salads to Spanish tapas at the José Pizarro restaurant. Further details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: Where can I drink?
A: Take a break from shopping to enjoy a refreshing glass, or two, of Champagne in one of the four stylish Louis Roederer Champagne Bars. Located centrally in Grand Hall and National Hall, Upper Gallery Grand, and Gallery Cross Over. 

Q: Are there hotels near Olympia?
A: Yes. There are a selection of hotels around the venue and many more across West London. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page, with exclusive hotel discounts for visitors and exhibitors.


Q: Is there a cloakroom?
A: Yes. There is a cloakroom on site by both entrances. On the right-hand side in the National Hall and on the right-hand side in the Grand Hall. There is also the Shop & Drop area which is being run by our Official Charity Partner, Suicide & Co who will happily look after your coats and shopping for the day in return for a small donation. This is located on the right hand side of the Grand Hall. If you have an Unlimited or Premium Pass, you have the option to leave your bags overnight.
