Marsh Pig makes British charcuterie by hand and dry cures it in-house, using rare breed and rare breed cross British beef. The range covers salami, chorizo, air-dried pork and beef, coppa and award-winning beef jerky, with gluten, wheat and lactose free options. Everything is packed to keep unopened at room temperature for 2 to 3 months, so it travels home easily and makes an easy gift.

The “rare breed beef” claim applies to the beef products only, as on the website. The “award-winning” claim comes from the jerky section there, so check it’s still current.
