Clarissa Hulse

Clarissa Hulse is a British designer creating beautiful and luxurious homewares and gifts from her studio in North London, with an emphasis on botanical imagery, bold colour and pattern.

Clarissa’s designs are inspired by her nature photography, which is just as likely to originate from a tropical rainforest as it is to feature leaves from Highbury Fields, a stone’s throw from her studio. Her love of textiles and interiors stems from her nomadic childhood, living in Bangkok, Brussels, Athens and Vienna, with summers in Greece. Moving frequently, she saw how her mother would make the new house feel homely with beautiful textiles and handicrafts from local markets.

This love of nature, colour and textiles remains at the heart of the brand today, with distinctive designs across award-winning fabrics and wallpapers, cushions, bed linen, murals, scarves, kitchenware and gifts.
