Scotfield Alpaca Return for a 4th Year!

At Scotfield Alpaca, everything begins with our herd, living a peaceful life on our family farm in Warfield, Berkshire. Each alpaca has a name, a personality, and a story—and it’s their soft, natural fleece that inspires everything we make.

Once a year, we shear the alpacas and, along with fleece from two nearby alpaca farms, send it to a trusted UK mill to be spun into yarn. When it comes back, we take over—designing, knitting, and finishing every piece ourselves, right here on the farm. No shortcuts. Just thoughtful, hands-on work by our family.

Our yarn is 100% pure British alpaca—no dyes, no blends, no harsh chemicals. Just natural softness and warmth, made to last.

After 3 years in the same stand at Spirit, we are taking on a new adventure by trying a new area of the show. We are very excited to see how it goes and look forward to meeting lots of lovey people, whether they come to see us each year, or if they are new friends.
