Prickly Pear Seed Oil is an anti-ageing and firming oil, highly rich in vitamin E, omega 6, sterols, and essential fatty acids.This treasure of nature is highly effective in reducing wrinkles, spots, dark circles and imperfections. Its fine texture penetrates quickly.
Producing 1 litre of prickly pear seed oil requires an average of 50 kg of seeds, representing 1 tonne of prickly pears.
Prickly pears are picked by hand in a hot and dry environment. This operation is carried out at sunrise, when the dew is still present, so that the cactus thorns don't fly off and injure the pickers.
Short Description
Prickly pears grow and ripen under the warm sun in the region of Zelfène (Tunisia). Picked in the early hours of the morning, the prickly pears are transported directly to our factory. The seeds are separated from the fruit, dried, then cold pressed to extract the precious prickly pear seed oil.
