All tickets are based on the on-the-door pricing, as shown below:

Unlimited Pass

The Unlimited Pass is valid from 1-7 November 2021 and enables you to return to the Fair as many times as you wish throughout the seven days. 

Advance Prices:

Adult: £29.00 

Child (13-16yrs): £20.00

On-the-door Prices:

Adult: £33.00 

Child (13-16yrs): £24.00

Premium Pass

The Premium Pass is valid for Monday, the opening day of the Fair, giving you the first chance to see all our independent boutiques new ranges, and for one return visit on any of the other six open days. 

Advance Prices:

Adult: £25.50 

Child (13-16yrs): £18.00

On-the-door Prices:

Adult: £29.50 

Child (13-16yrs): £22.00

Weekend Pass

The Weekend Pass is valid for entry over Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 November if you wish to visit on both days of the weekend to spread out your shopping experience. 

Advance Prices:

Adult: £25.50 

Child (13-16yrs): £18.00

On-the-door Prices:

Adult: £29.50 

Child (13-16yrs): £22.00

Day Tickets

These are single day tickets with no return entry. Week day tickets are valid Tuesday- Friday on the day you select and Weekend tickets for either Saturday or Sunday. 

Advance Prices:

Adult: From £21.00 

Child (13-16yrs): From £14.00

On-the-door Prices:

Adult: From £25.00

Child (13-16yrs): From £18.00

Child 12 and Under: Free

Thursday LATE NIGHT (Valid 4PM-9PM)

Advance Prices:

Adult: £15.00 

Child: (13-16yrs) £9.00

On-the-door Prices:

SAFE SHOPPING

In order to deliver the event inline with Government guidance we have introduced a number of measures to manage the flow of visitors. 

The Fair is committed to creating a safe shopping environment to ensure an enjoyable and successful visit and, in line with government and local authority guidance, a variety of measures will be introduced.  These include:

★ Hand sanitation stations provided throughout the halls
★ Wider aisles
★ Contactless payment encouraged
★ Enhanced cleaning

Safety remains paramount to all our visitors, staff and exhibitors.

ENTRY POLICY

To gain access to the Fair you will need the following:

★ Your ticket printed out and ready to hand to security at the entrance 


★ Proof of COVID status which can be ONE of the below:
-Two vaccines (first and second dose), with the second dose at least 14 days prior to the Fair - this can be shown on your NHS app, vaccination card or letter from your doctor
-Negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours prior to attending the event - this can be displayed via NHS App, SMS text, or email
-Proof of antibodies - this can be shown by producing confirmation of a positive PCR from the last 180 days

MISPLACED YOUR TICKET CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received, or have misplaced your ticket confirmation, or receipt, you can access it via the SeeTickets Customer Service Portal. You can also use the Portal to contact us with any ticket queries.

2020 TICKET TRANSFER

If you purchased tickets for Spirit of Christmas Fair or House & Garden Festival last year (2020), your tickets will be automatically transferred to this year's Fair unless you have requested a refund.

SeeTickets will be in contact with all ticket bookers at the end of September via email to make the transfer. This will include a form to select your preferred date to attend the Fair. 

DISABLED VISITOR INFORMATION

If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge to assist you.

As with all tickets, we recommend booking your carer ticket in advance. To do so select the carer ticket option at the same time you order your own ticket online. We may require proof of disability on arrival at the show.

If you opt for on-the-door tickets you will need to bring proof of disability with you to the Fair and visit the Box Office when you arrive at Olympia to arrange your carer ticket.

HOUSE & GARDEN SUBSCRIBER TICKETS

Are you a House & Garden Magazine subscriber looking to redeem your complimentary tickets?
Simply follow these steps below:

1) Select the day you wish to attend (please note the complimentary code will only work on standard entry tickets which have a booking fee of £2.50, upgrades are available)
2) Enter the booking code supplied by House & Garden (if you have misplace this simply use code HGSUB)
3) You will then be prompted for another code which is your subscriber number (this will start with 0), enter and select go (Forgotten your subscriber number? https://www.houseandgarden.co.uk/article/contact-us)
4) Then follow the steps with entering your details and complete the booking process.

There will be a transaction fee of £2.50.
