Sustainable: Fudge Kitchen

The Fudge Kitchen recognise that fudge is a tasty, yet very low waste product.

Both The Fudge Kitchen’s shops and production facility stocks are reviewed constantly, and are only made when required. In addition to this, they recook excess fudge into other flavours wherever possible.

Their Rock Salted Peanut Brittle is made in small; artisan batches and part of the process involves being hand-stretched.

This means there are always little bits left behind which are too small to be included in their own boxes, so they sell these on to Simply Ice Cream, another Kentish brand, who make their own Peanut Brittle Ice Cream.
