Suicide&Co are a national charity providing free, specialist one-to-one support to people bereaved by suicide. Suicide loss is complex and deeply isolating, and without the right support, many people are left struggling to cope.
As a national charity, they provide professional support and empower self-care, walking alongside people bereaved by suicide so they feel less alone in their grief. Suicide&Co’s three core services include their Early Bereavement Support Programme, offering immediate, one-to-one support during the first six months following a loss; their specialist counselling, providing up to 12 sessions with qualified counsellors; and a free app offering 24/7 access to practical self-care tools, including grounding techniques and guided journalling. Suicide&Co is here to help those bereaved by suicide rebuild their lives around their loss.
