James has been a PGA Golf Professional for almost 20 years, but has always had a passion for cooking.
He finally got the opportunity to showcase his love of food by appearing on Masterchef in 2022 and decided to take this passion further and combine it into his current career. He now offers a variety of experiences such as supper clubs, private event dining as well as group events & weddings.
He loves making pasta, and the classics, but to be honest anything that tastes good!
