Kirsty Goring studied history at Oxford before training at Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork, Ireland.
She set up her own catering business and worked in a London based charity, which bridged the gap between the rich and poor. She later went on to work with the team at Higgidy down on the South Coast and was involved in the areas of PR and product development.
Having travelled with Richard in British Columbia she has assisted in various aspects of running the Estate properties. She completed the WSET (Wine & Spirit Educational Trust) Business & Commercial Knowledge course in February 2016 and is currently Marketing Director of the winery business.
