Chocolate tasting and hot chocolate-making demonstration
Sue will start with a chocolate tasting that involves the audience, demonstrating how professional chocolate makers and competition judges taste chocolate, and discuss what makes good chocolate.
Following this, she will demonstrate how to make Mexican-style hot chocolate using good quality chocolate bars, sugar and spices. The resulting mixture can be kept in a jar, ready to stir into hot milk – this also makes a fabulous Xmas present.
