Title: Autumnal Japanese Flavours from Sake no Hana  

Info: Sake no Hana Executive Head Chef Hideki Hiwatashi will be cooking up a signature dish from the limited-edition menu that celebrates the restaurant’s Japanese Autumn Leaves festival. The restaurant will have a stunning fiery red and orange leaf installation on the exterior of the restaurant in addition to an Autumnal menu in which this miso salmon dish will feature.
