Join Angela Clutton – food writer, historian, and author of award-winning cookbook, ‘The Vinegar Cupboard’ – for a culinary workshop focussed upon making your own festive pickles for gift-giving and more.
You’ll learn to make beautifully packaged gifts by pickling all kinds of seasonal produce. You will have the opportunity to get hands-on and make with Angela your own bottle of botanical infused vinegar to take home with you – using your own bespoke choice of herbs and spices. Plus, there will be a demonstration and tasting of sensational pickles that are perfect to accompany your Christmas cold meats and cheeses, with recipes available in 'The Vinegar Cupboard'. 

Copies of The Vinegar Cupboard will be available for sale after the event, signed by Angela.
