Euan Peach


No stranger to Michelin Stars, Blue Strawberry’s highly creative Development Chef, Euan Peach, trained at and worked with numerous Michelin Star establishments including Restaurant Sat Bains, Ynyshir Hall, The Fat Duck, Heston’s Laboratory, Hind’s Head, The Ledbury and Tom Aitkins. Inspired by the many flavours of the vibrant capital city Blue Strawberry call home, Euan undertakes extensive research and development to ensure that the company’s world-class menus are authentic, inventive and absolutely full of flavour. He loves to create beautiful food that is a feast for the eyes as well as the senses, using a range of exciting ingredients and innovative cooking techniques to breathe new life into traditional British dishes and longstanding ‘guilty pleasure’ treats.
