Chino Latino, the award-winning Pan Asian restaurant, will be delivering a taste explosion to the Spirit of Christmas – serving up only the finest South America, Peruvian and Asian flavours. Fearless executive Group Chef, Werner Seebach (who formerly worked at Roka and Sushi Samba), will be head of the kitchen for the evening – showcasing one of the restaurants favourite dishes that can easily be re-created at home. Designed to be shared, expect to taste smoked salmon and prawn cocktail maki roll with ikura, all washed down with invigorating Ginger and Orange infused Sake.
