The 'Pink House'
Nestled under the palms on the beautiful Caribbean island of Mustique, sits a gingerbread-style boutique, The Pink House. Founded in 2008, The Pink House combines the talents of local craftsmen and women with top quality imported materials to produce beautiful clothing and accessories, creating a unique shopping experience whilst supporting the local community.
Pink House Mustique
British designer Lotty Bunbury launched Pink House Mustique, a lifestyle brand developed around the boutique, in 2010. Designed to encapsulate the fun yet sophisticated feel of the island, Pink House Mustique features mens, womens and childrens beach and resort wear. Designed on Mustique and inspired by the natural beauty of the island, Pink House Mustique is now available in boutiques and hotels throughout the world.
Lotty B Mustique
Chic beach and resort wear label, Lotty B, offers a glimpse into the exclusive and seductive world of Mustique, a Caribbean island renowned for its natural beauty as much as for its famous inhabitants. Lotty Bunbury, who trained at Chelsea College of Art, moved to Mustique in 1993 and, inspired by her exquisite surroundings, began hand painting silk sarongs which she exhibited and sold on-island. Lotty spent her childhood travelling the world with her parents and nine siblings. The ethnic influences of her travels, particularly in Africa and the Far East, are also evident in her many and varied designs.
For the first few years, every sarong was an original but due to increasing demand for Lotty B from visitors and locals alike, Lotty went into print in 2002, officially launching her Lotty B label. Lotty B has since expanded the collection to include kaftans and resort wear. Famous for beautiful craftsmanship, presentation and attention to detail, the label has come to define the casual, elegant style that is Mustique.
