A punchy rendition of our Kensington Dry Gin. Fresh citrus and warm spice provide a healthy punch rather than the familiar tickle. Organic juniper rightly features heavily but with less water in the bottle, our Overproof is a symphony of bold flavours in equal balance.

We developed this recipe as an experiment to see how our Kensington Dry Gin would fare at a higher ABV... and it fared bloody well. We have made the decision to distill only one batch a month, of 33 bottles... Each bottle is special.
