This opens with punchy, heady elderflower on the nose. The judges were impressed with the balance of the grapefruit/lemon citrus to the front of the palate and elderflower that opens up towards the finish. Excellently balanced sweetnessand crisp acidity with fresh and bright lingering flavours and an impressive length on the finish.

Enjoy on ice, with tonic, with Prosecco or as part of a cocktail such as a 'Hugo', an Elderflower Mojito or an Elderflower Gin Sour.
