How to Apply

The Spirit of Christmas Fair operates a strict vetting procedure to ensure product suitability for the Fair.

Your application will be reviewed by our media partner; House & Garden and the vetting committee. In order to be considered for the Spirit Fairs, you are required to complete and submit an application for approval:

Your application checklist:

  • Application Form
  • Images of products or a brochure
  • Stand photo from a previous show, an illustration or brief description of proposed stand design
  • Product samples (please include adequate non-dated stamps & suitable packaging for products to be returned)
  • Press coverage & cuttings
  • Branded literature i.e. letterhead, comp slip, gift box, bag etc

 

With the event strictly limited to 700 exhibitors, all hand-picked by House & Garden, this is a unique opportunity to ensure you maximise your Christmas sales.

The stand availability for Spirit of Christmas 2014 is currently extremely limited with certain categories already at capacity. However we are especially keen to hear from Smokeries and companies offering Health Foods, Breakfasts Cereals and Granola, Coffee and Honey for the Food Hall, and Books, Stationery, Christmas Decorations & Wrapping Paper, Gifts for Men, Garden Accessories, Luggage and Travel Accessories and Traditional Toys & Games for the Gift Hall.

If we are unable to offer you a space at the 2014 Fair, all applications will be reviewed for the waiting list or the following year. We are also accepting applications for the next Spirit of Summer Fair, taking place 17 – 20 June 2015.
